From "File", choose Connection Wizard
Choose your Internet Service Provider and click Next
Site Label can be anything you want it to be
click Next
Host address is your FTP host, usually your domain name or IP address
click Next
Username is your user name
Password is your FTP password
click Next
Choose the directory on your computer where the files are located
click Next
Click Finish
To move files, simply drag and drop them from one side to the other
Hurray! The file is now copied from my computer to the remote server.
Right clicking on a file will give a new menu with commands for file manipulation.
Right clicking in an empty area will give a new menu with directory commands.
When ready to disconnect, choose disconnect from the drop down menu under File
