Click Connect
Click New
HostName/Address is your FTP host, usually your domain name or IP address
User ID is your FTP user name
Password is your FTP password
Click OK
Files can easily be moved by simply selecting the file you want
and using the arrow button to tell the computer to transfer information from one side to the other
Once the status shows Transfer Complete. Your file has been transferred.
When ready to end the connection, choose "Close"
